CAR DRIVING LICENSE

You have reached the age of 18 and by conscientiously saving, you now have the opportunity to acquire the driving license for class B, i.e. the car driver's license. Or you even use the exception that the driver's license can be obtained nationwide at 17, which is called “accompanied driving at 17”. However, this is subject to the condition that up to the age of 18 you can only drive with the company of a person entered in the test certificate to be carried with you. With a class B driving license, you have the opportunity to drive motor vehicles - with the exception of motorcycles - with a permissible total weight of no more than 3,500 kg and no more than eight seats in addition to the driver's seat. These are all common commercial cars. Class B includes classes M for mopeds, mokicks (scooters) with max. 50 ccm displacement and up to max. 45 km / h as well as L for forestry tractors and self-propelled machines with a fixed low speed classification.

If you apply to acquire class B, the LABO (State Office for Citizens and Regulatory Affairs) needs a few documents from you. In addition to your identity card, this includes a passport photo and an eye test certificate, which you will receive from opticians and ophthalmologists. Finally, you also need proof of participation in training in emergency life-saving measures or training in first aid. and pays the processing fee of € 49.80.

Acquiring class B includes theoretical and practical driving school training, both of which conclude with an examination. Of course, this cannot be done without your own commitment to acquire the knowledge and skills, because ultimately it will be your class B driving license, i.e. your car driver's license.
